Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

If you do not like your purchase for any reason, no problem! Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Custom and personalized items are not eligible to be returned.

The shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges) will be made promptly once the item has been received by Uncork The Quirk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges:

If you are not happy with your items, we will be glad to do an exchange. Exchanges should be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Custom and personalized items are not eligible to be exchanged. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of the returned and new items.

Defective or damaged items:
If the item is defective or the error is ours, you may choose either a full refund, including original shipping, or a replacement. Returns/exchanges should be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it's a defective or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
